Recruitment Information
The Wadleigh Scholars Program is looking mainly for bright, enthusiastic, intelligent, hardworking 7th graders (some 8th graders).
Candidates and their parents must contact us from November through January.
Candidates should have at least an 85+ average in all subjects and be willing to apply to independent, private boarding schools.
Parents must demonstrate the commitment to the Program in supporting the efforts of their children and the mentors.
What is needed?
- Student full name
- Student Date of Birth
- Parents/Guardians full name
- Home Address
- Telephone numbers (home, work, cell) where parent/guardian can be contacted
- Email address – for communication purposes for student and parent/guardian
- Name of current school
- Final grades – previous year (June)
- Current grades – 2nd marking period or the latest grades/progress report received
The last 2 items (the grades) are a very important part of the evaluation process.
